RELE status schema default: is it restricted?

Hi forum,

 

For migration temporary reasons, we need to set our default status for service contracts to RELE status.

 

However, we notice that after a moment our customizing of system status is removed automatically by the system : our default status has

no longer the "RELE" system status correspondance.

- Does anyone know of a possible system's restriction regarding having RELE status as default status ?

 

- Would there be an automatic batch retrieving the "RELE" indication when it is a default status ?

Standard order following service contratct : can it be deleted?

Hi forum,

 

Is there any way (program/action profile option/...) for deleting a standard order that was automatically generated from a service contract?

 

(and possibly regenerating a new one afterwards).

Purchase requisition still contains items with errors (Notification E MEPO 082)

Compulsory fields missing (Notification E W5 152)

I encountered this error when i edited  the Service Order(adding text etc) .Please help me out in tackling this issue. This error has become a night mare for me now .

Service order action profile : how can it be generated manually after deletion?

Hi all,

 

Once service contract is released, an action profil automatically creates a service_order.

Once this service order has already been generated in Web UI :

 

1- How can I deleted it? (implicating replication in ECC)

2- How can I regenerate the action profile manually ?

BTAdminI not bound in BT117IT_SRVC

Hello Gurus,

 

I a pretty new to CRM ABAP.

I have added a zfield using AET to CUSTOMER_I in Service confirmtion.

I am modifing the view BT117IT_SRVC/GenericItem.

I can see that field in BTAdminI strucure. In the GET_ZZFIELD Method I am getting a value ' BTAdminI/ZZField not bound'.

Theexception  cx_crm_cic_parameter_error is getting caught

I know I am missing on the binding.

I tried the binding, but it is not working.

 

Can someone please guide me on this one?

Problem trying to follow-up from service confirmation to compliant

Please Profs.

I have been trying to create a follow up, from service confirmation document to compliant. I have done the necessary configuration through: spro->crm->Transactions->Basic settings->Copying Control for Business Transactions. I have mapped YCON(Service confirmation) as source to YCOM as target(Compliants). But I just don't get YCOM(compliant) listed on the dialog popup when I click the follow-up button. Other transaction were listed in the dialog popup, except YCOM. Please help.

Checklist ID Determination in Service Request

Hi CRM Experts!

 

Our server is CRM 7.0 Ehp 2 with ITSM and ITSM_ALERTS business functions activated. The Checklist Step Partner determination rules for the checklists are already configured and working fine, when we manually select the Checklists.

 

I have to auto determine the Checklist for Service Request based on Order Category, (Multi-Level Categorization in the Request):

I have configured multiple checklists, and each one corresponds to one of the Categories.

 

I am facing this issue:

 

I invoke the rule policy for Checklist ID determination but the checklist is not filled or populated on the service request, whether I invoke using Dispatch button, or upon saving.

 

I made a new Service Manager Profile and assigned it the Service ID SRV_REQ_RULE_EXE

I also tried adding other services to this service Manager Profile, but no luck so far.

Please suggest what I should do either in the rule modeler or in the configuration to resolve it and auto-determine the checklist.

Employee Replication

Hello All,

 

I am trying to replicate employees to CRM.

 

I have done all the settings. Ports, RFCs Message types..etc..

 

If i send the existing employee to CRM thorught PFAL from ECC it works, but can someone please let me know how to get the User ID and Perssonel ID in the tab "Control Data". right now now user ID could be seen.

 

Also if i create new employee in ECC HR, use PFAL in ECC, Idoc goes green but no Employee is being created in CRM.

 

Someone help plz..

Item category error for Service Request

Hello All,

I have maintained the determination for the item category for my service request.

However when I am creating my customized service request, the system is determining the below error's

 

1) No Item Category could be determined

2) Conversion Factors are invalid.

Queries on Replication of Install Base

Dear All,

Have some basic queries on Install Base Management.

 

1) If I need to replicate Install base in SAP CRM Service, does the equipment master created in ECC get replicated as install base in SAP CRM or do I need to create an install base itself in ECC?

 

2) The Main Product will have components hence can the equipment master be created hierarchically in SAP ECC if I have a BOM in my Sales Order and Delivery?, once when the delivery is completed the can the equipment master get created hierarchically? or this needs to be done manually as part of master data creation?

 

3)  If a component gets faulty and this component needs to be replaced the product code would be the same however a new serial number will get generated once I complete the delivery of the good part, how can the new serial number get updated against the same part code which is the component in the install base?

Installed Base Hierarchy Queries

Hello All,

 

We have replicated equipment's from SAP ECC to SAP CRM, by activating the BADI, CRM_EQUI_LOAD, the equipment's have also got downloaded in a hierarchical manner, which can be seen under installed base components.

I have a few queries

a) The installed Base components do not carry any text, how do we get the text for the same .

b) The main ibase id is 3349, not able to see its description in the highlighted part(as per the image attached below) please advice if I am missing any configurations, however the description and the ibase no is seen to the right is this correct?

c) When I click on the text then only I can see the object id which is the equipment for the component is this correct?

 

 

d) I am attaching a screen shot of the installed base for products, here the representation of the hierarchy is clearly seen, where the main product has sub components to it, hence why does the installed base for objects look different? as per the above screen shot?

ATP check with BAPI

Hi,

 

Based on a service order, we are currently printing a picking list, with the list of components. This a special form, with a special print program.

For our business process we need to do an ATP check just while printing the picking list.

 

To do so, we tried to BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN or IBAPI_ALM_ORDER_ATP_CHECK in the process (in printing program).

 

When doing a print preview this is working very well and the result is as expected.

 

When doing the print, it seems that the print process is launch in background and the functions for the avaibility check are no more called. This trigger to a wrong picking list.

 

Some questions,

do anybody already tried to do so?

is there a mean to launch the print process not in background?

 

Any idea or suggestion?

Hi,

 

I need some information on call of an event CRM_WTY_MGNT_UPDATE_EC

This FM is getting called for service line items when business partners sold to and ship to are same.

But this does not get called when the business partners are different.

can anyone tell me regarding any customizing or when can I check conditions regarding this?

Service Request Account Assignment Error

Hello All,

We are creating the service request in SAP CRM and we do not want to distribute the costs to SAP ECC, have gone through some posts in the forum, however the error still appears after editing the service request

 

As per the post below the status profile for the customized service request for the business transaction to be distributed is set to be forbidden(screen shot attached)

I have made the required changes as per the post above for the status profile, however the error still persists, the service request gets saved and if I need to click on edit to make any changes the system throws the below error

SLA Calculation in Service Request- Time Issue

Hello All,

The SLA Dates are getting calculated correctly in my service request, however the time is not getting calculated for the first response by and due by(screen shot attached)

Following configurations have been made.

I have copied the standard date rule Submiss_time to  ZSubmiss_time, the same is assigned to my date profile and the date type(screen shot attached)

Query on Service Product Investigation

Hello All,

 

For the service request the product investigation needs to be created in SAP CRM, my query is since we have an ECC system as well, hence does this material need to be replicated from SAP ECC or does the same need to be created in SAP CRM as a standalone service product?
