Unable to View Warranty and Contract Assignment Block in Service Request

Dear All,

In the service request I am unable to view my contract and warranty assignment block, what configurations do I need to check so that both of these blocks appear in the assignment block reference objects

I did check on the available assignment block however not able to see the assignment blocks for Warranty and Contact and the reference objects are available in the available assignment block

Determining Contracts in Service Request

Hello All,

I have gone through a few posts in the forum with regards to the contract determination in service request

Following configurations have been performed.

The contract determination is done in the service request

The contract is created having the sold to party, contract start and end dates. the object id which is the equipment is assigned to the contract

The service request is created from the IC role, the same customer, equipment no and the validity date's are within the contract validity dates are incorporated in the service request

However the contract does not get triggered in the service request

Please advice if I am missing any further configurations

Employee Replication

Hello All,

 

I am trying to replicate employees to CRM.

 

I have done all the settings. Ports, RFCs Message types..etc..

 

If i send the existing employee to CRM thorught PFAL from ECC it works, but can someone please let me know how to get the User ID and Perssonel ID in the tab "Control Data". right now now user ID could be seen.

 

Also if i create new employee in ECC HR, use PFAL in ECC, Idoc goes green but no Employee is being created in CRM.

 

Someone help plz..

How to Delete Service Item from Service Order

Hi Team,

 

I am working for Copier Machine Company. I am having a issue, I am unable to delete the service order from the Service Order. The reason is there is an internal order created for this. But I want this to be deleted, what is the best possible way to delete this?

Unable to Set Default Delivery Block

Hi

 

Is it Possible to set Default Delivery Block in Transactions. I know we can set at Master Data Level, but that would block my Delivery. But the case here is, I want to set a default delivery block at Header Level. Like we do it SD Transaction Type Level under Shipping Tab. This could be removed manually in the transaction.

 

Or is it that, we block it in SD and during the time or transaction download to CRM it will automatically set the delivery block based on ECC block.

 

Please comment

Object relationship profile assignment to service contract - SC

Hello ,

 

I want to assign object relationship profile value to the service contract transaction type with leading business transaction category BUS2000112.

 

But i dont see any option to assign object relationship profile to my transaction type or at item category - SCn (BUS2000137)

 

Just want to know whether standard sap allow us to assign object relationshp profile to service contract or item or not ?


Object List getting greyed out when entering Installed Base Data for Contract

Hello,

 

I am following the best practice document C3J_CRM702_BB Configuration guide, in the document it says

 

  1. In assignment block Object List select the installed base or all relevant installed base components for which this contract item should be valid for, using the input help

 

 

I enter my Ibase no, component and the equipment no

However after pressing enter, leaving the Ib no the other fields get greyed out, please advice why this happens, If I am missing any configurations.

CRM Service Request BUS2000223 and Multilevel Categorization

Hi All,

 

Do you know if is possible to use the Multilevel Categorization Schema with the CRM Service Request? And How it is possible to associate the Service Request Transaction to the Subject Profile of your Categorization Schema?

 

With the Service ticket (where the Leading Transaction Category is BUS2000116) you can link the Subject Profile in the Customizing header of the transaction, but with the Service Request (where the Leading Transaction Category is BUS2000223) you can't! There is not the field Subject Profile.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

I need some information on call of an event CRM_WTY_MGNT_UPDATE_EC

This FM is getting called for service line items when business partners sold to and ship to are same.

But this does not get called when the business partners are different.

can anyone tell me regarding any customizing or when can I check conditions regarding this?

Service Request Creation

Hi Experts,

 

I need to create a service request from the back end. And for this i am using CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, CRM_ORDER_SAVE and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT in succession. I am able to add the product information for the request. But i am also required to add a custom request start date, service type, custom employee responsible and Level1 and  2 Categorization. I am passing the following tables to order_maintain.

IT_CUSTOMER_H

IT_APPOINTMENT

IT_PARTNER

CT_ORDERADM_H

CT_INPUT_FIELDS

I am not getting any exception and a request is created. But except for product, no other detail is populated.

Can someone provide the fields that need mapping for this and explain where i might have gone wrong.

what is the name of  Adapter object for download single tax tariff code because in my business Scenario lot of Tax tariff code is available in ECC system,but I want download only my use tax tariff code in CRM system.

Triggering Checklist Automatically in Service Request Using Categorizations

Hello All,

The requirement is to trigger the checklist once the user selects the categorization schema in the Service Request,

 

In the below screen shot I have created a rule policy for auto partner determination for the checklist which is happening correctly

The rule is then assigned to the checklist profile

Since there needs to be two rule policies one for auto partner determination and the other for checklist auto determination based on the schema, I am trying to create a new rule policy, however I am not able to select the right attributes which I need to enter in my rule policy.

Do I also need to assign any application areas in my schema created for the checklist to get triggered automatically, please advice

Update errors in SM13 transaction for FM CRM_LINK_SAVE_DU

Hi Experts,

 

We are having many 'RAISE_EXCEPTION' short dumps in our production system, when we analyze the dump this was raised in the FM 'CRM_LINK_SAVE_DU' and during the update process.

 

In SM13 we are having the following entry:

Moudle Name                      -           Type          -           Update Return code

CRM_LINK_SAVE_DU        -            V1            -               Error (no retry)

 

The only reason that might cause this issue was the batch job ran, this batch job is used to create service orders from service contracts. But in the batch job no orders were created since the start condition of action BADI was not fulfilled.

 

Kinldy suggest how to solve this issue. This issue is happening only in production system and not in other systems and also kindly share documents on this update managment.

Shipping conditions of customer are not populating in service order

Hi every one,

 

I am facing a problen in shipping conditions determinations in to service order and complaint. As per standard SAP shipping conditions will populate automatically in to transactions based on the customer master data, but now it is not working. Guide me if any configuration settings i have to do.

Issue with Statuses in Checklist Functionality- Service Request

Hello All,

 

I am only able to view two statuses for the checklist profile configured for my service request.

 

Following are the configurations done, the item category determination is done.

Next I have assigned a status profile to the item category

The status profiles have 4 statuses defined in them

The radio active buttons for allowed and set are checked.

However when I am opening the checklist in the service request only two statuses are visible, which are open and rejected the other two statuses in process and completed are not coming, please advice if I am missing any configurations.

BTAdminI not bound in BT117IT_SRVC

Hello Gurus,

 

I a pretty new to CRM ABAP.

I have added a zfield using AET to CUSTOMER_I in Service confirmtion.

I am modifing the view BT117IT_SRVC/GenericItem.

I can see that field in BTAdminI strucure. In the GET_ZZFIELD Method I am getting a value ' BTAdminI/ZZField not bound'.

Theexception  cx_crm_cic_parameter_error is getting caught

I know I am missing on the binding.

I tried the binding, but it is not working.

 

Can someone please guide me on this one?

Copying Error when Creating Service Order to Warranty Order as Follow Up

Hello,

 

I have created a service order and creating a warranty order as a follow up document

The system throws the below error when creating the warranty order from the service order

Following configurations have been done, copy controls for the service order item category to warranty order item category is done

Categorization Schema Error's when Copying Existing Schema.

I am trying to create a new schema  by copying an existing schema which is already released since I need to add additional  I am getting the below error's
