service Order

Helo all,

 

Could you please check and see if you can pull any idea for me?

 

If a customer has the contract ,  then in the Service order particular contract is determined.

in this case Price must be 0 for all line items in the service order have to be 0.

 

in the same way we have some other requirements depending on the contract type.

 

How can this be acheived please?

 

Can i use Contract Determination BADI crm_service_contract to make the pricing as desied?

 

is there any other BADI..please suggest.

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to populate the reference object in a service order which is a follow up document of service contract.

Kindly help me in passing the required parameters need to be passed to CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FM.

 

P.S: I tried putting a debugger in CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FM.

Disappeared Schema

Hi everyone,

I have successfully created schema in the webui server. I want to get draft version of active schema as below. Firstly, I open the draft version of my category schema and set the valid from date in future.

   Problem is : when I click Save button, draft version is destroyed as below. After Save, category schema and subject profile disappear. Similarly, when I make active schema from draft version, I often encounter this problem.  Sametimes, I can save schema correctly, but not frequently.

Product Group5 " Description" not showing after Initial down load form ECC to CRM i

We have downloaded  Product Group5 (Table TVM5) form ECC to CRM trough Initial download.

after download we got the data but with out description, but ECC they maintained.

 

 

Can any one provide me the solution plz becoz its in PRD system.

CRM interative report error while excuting in WEB UI

Hi,

 

While executing crm interactive report from web ui getting error as-

 

1) system error in program SAPLRSOA and from FUNC RSOA_VCUBE_READ_REMORE_DATA[6]..

2) An error occured when getting data from the processor

3)online analytical processing error in BW system

4)online analystical processing query execution aborted

 

in config wizard it shows every thing green.

please help me if you encountered with similar error.

We have system status and User status in GUI, but we have only user status in web ui, our requirement is System status need to give on web ui.

 

 

Can any one help me out from this issue plz.

After changing the Delivery Commited Date in CRM it is not changing the Schedule dates

Normally we give Delivery Committed Date in CRM, based on this delivery happening,but system  taking primary as First request delivery date in schedule tab, based on that date delivery date calculating, our requirement is  system should calculate delivery based on delivery committed date.

 

System should calculate delivery based on delivery committed date.



Can any one help me plz regard.

BI System destination can not be reached in SAP CRM

Dear Folks,

I am working on sap crm services and when i click on reports in web-ui, the system gives me an error "" BI system destination '' cannot be reached"".

And In details page it is showing ""Check availability of the RFC destination  in transaction SM59. If the system is available analyze the logon settings. SAP recommends setting up trust relationship between SAP CRM and the target BI system so the current CRM user is automatically logged on to the BI system."".

I have checked the BI system as well as CRM System and connection test  & Authorization test is positive between the two.  

Please let me know where a mistake was made.Please let me know that Trust relationship need to be set Yes or No.

Business Application Log (BAL) and duration how log it is kept?

we are using for several service functionalities BAL log to log some information. And now we want to find out the basis parameter to control for how many days such a BAL log is kept in the CRM system.

 

Anyone have some hints?

Categorization Schema Error's when Copying Existing Schema.

I am trying to create a new schema  by copying an existing schema which is already released since I need to add additional  I am getting the below error's

Hi every one,

 

I am facing a problen in shipping conditions determinations in to service order and complaint. As per standard SAP shipping conditions will populate automatically in to transactions based on the customer master data, but now it is not working. Guide me if any configuration settings i have to do.

Copying Error when Creating Service Order to Warranty Order as Follow Up

Hello,

 

I have created a service order and creating a warranty order as a follow up document

The system throws the below error when creating the warranty order from the service order

Following configurations have been done, copy controls for the service order item category to warranty order item category is done

The define item category determination is also done for customization

Copy Controls for document type is also maintained

Please advice what configurations I am missing

Unable to Set Default Delivery Block

Hi

 

Is it Possible to set Default Delivery Block in Transactions. I know we can set at Master Data Level, but that would block my Delivery. But the case here is, I want to set a default delivery block at Header Level. Like we do it SD Transaction Type Level under Shipping Tab. This could be removed manually in the transaction.

 

Or is it that, we block it in SD and during the time or transaction download to CRM it will automatically set the delivery block based on ECC block.

 

Please comment

All BADI's deactivated post CRM 7.0 Upgrade

Dear All

 

we have recently upgraded from CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0 EHP2 , post upgrade we have observed that most of the BADI's have been deactivated.

 

is it the normal behaviour post upgrade ? how to resolve the same ??
